STREETS, in partnership with Active Luton, Be Active, and Sport England, delivers a free community-based health and wellbeing programme across Luton.
The programme combines chair aerobics, Pilates, and low-impact movement sessions to support older adults and individuals who may be less active, socially isolated, or managing long-term health conditions.
Sessions take place in trusted community venues, faith centres, and GP-linked settings, bringing accessible health support directly into local neighbourhoods.
