STREETS works alongside Primary Care Networks (PCNs), Active Luton, Be Active, Sport England, faith organisations and community partners to improve health, reduce loneliness and help people live more active, independent lives.
Our Community Wellbeing Hubs use Chair Aerobics as the starting point, supporting people on a wider journey towards better physical health, mental wellbeing and stronger community connections.
